Studio Policies — Students are expected to attend their scheduled lesson time. When you register for lessons, your timeslot is reserved for you for the teaching year. Please keep in mind that our studio operates at full capacity and make-ups for missed lessons are not guaranteed. No refunds will be given for missed lessons. A minimum 24 hours notice is required.
Illness. If your child is ill, please contact the studio via email, text, or phone with as much advance notice as possible! We will seek out available times to reschedule your child’s lesson; however, please understand that this is not always possible.
Teacher Absence. Teacher sick days and absences will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Discontinuing lessons. If a student needs to discontinue lessons at Cascadia Music studio, a month’s notice is required and very much appreciated.
Please be on time! Lesson times cannot be extended for students who arrive late. Students should be picked up promptly at the end of their scheduled lesson.
